Rugrats in Paris

STARS: Susan Sarandon, Debbie Reynolds, Billy West, John Lithgow & Tim Curry

All of the kids from the perennial favourite television SHOW Rugrats are back in their second big screen adventure in a little over a year. Tommy Pickles, his sister Angelica, Phil, Lil and Chuckie all are larger than life in this 75 minute spectacular.

Getting into their usual adventures, the kids have the trip of a lifetime when Stu Pickles has to go over to Paris in ORDER to fix a giant mechanical dragon he designed. And of course the invitation is extended to all of his family and friends so Chas, desperately lonely after the death of his wife and Chuckie’s mum, comes along as well.

As with any Rugrats adventure someone has evil intentions and in this case it’s Coco (portrayed devilishly well by Susan Sarandon) who has designs on Chas but what is her real motive? Is it love? Or is it something much more sinister? Of course it’s up to the kids to save the day and prevent their parents from making complete fools of themselves yet again!

Rugrats in Paris is a fun way to pass 75 minutes but parents beware: you definitely need to make sure that these kids do not have any undue influence on younger viewers as Tommy and co have total disregard for what their parents tell them and get away with it time after time.

THE EXTRAS

Rugrats In Paris Documentary

Theatrical Trailer and 2 TV Spots

Sound Effects Showcase ? Chuckie Chan

2 Alternate endings

Music Video: Baha Men ? Who let the dogs out?

CONCLUSION

A fun movie to watch with the kids.. however, children may get a bit bored, especially with their short attention spans. The 20 minute episodes are good, but a full length motion picture is a bit much.
