Lola has just received a frantic phonecall from her boyfriend Manni, she must come up with 100,000 Marks in 20 minutes or a Mob boss will kill him. This sets Lola running for her boyfriends life.

This film moves so quickly and also has three different sections that all have different endings. Which is the basis of the film. What would happen if she didn’t make it? What would happen if she did? It is an extremely clever script, there is plenty of movement and action. And Potente is electric as the constantly running Lola. You get tired just watching her…
