Billy Connolly is at his usual best, in this fabulous stand up show, with many famous faces in the audience. Obviously filmed in the 80s, Billy brings up many stories about his life, his past and his observational look at the world, in the way only he can, generally going off the rails, any chance he gets. It doesn’t seem to matter what he talks about, he always does it with amazing enthusiasm and humour.

It is interesting picking out all the losers and even some successful British celebrities with their horrible 80s hair and fashion, for example, Robbie Coltrane, Michael Parkinson, Ringo Starr, less notable people are Samantha Fox.

It is Billy Connolly, I generally find myself mesmerised by his antics, even if they are 20 years old…
