STARS :Stephen Baldwin, Tom Skerrit, Kelly Rowan & D.B. Sweeney.

So, this is what the brothers 4 have now been reduced to? Adam, Daniel, Willaim and Stephen were all once lead actors for the big screen and now they’ve all generally been reduced to inconsequential bit parts, tv movies or acting in horrible B-Grade films such as this. Honestly though, who can really say that they’re suprised by this turn of events?

Although the movie is set in current day, you just have to know about the events that set the movie in motion. 15 years ago a small GROUP of environmentalists bomb a chemical factory which results in several deaths including one of their own. That’s it.

Fast forward to current day : After a spate of bombings starts terrorising Seattle, Bomb squad members Tom Bradshaw (Skerrit) and Ashely Pryor (Rowan) are called in to investigate.

The No 1 suspect is Scott Anderson (Baldwin), an environmental activist who has been in hiding for the past 15 years after the previously mentioned bombing. Whilst Tom knew about Scott’s involvement he could never actually prove it and it has grated him ever since. Thus when this latest spate of bombings takes place and it is discovered that Scott is back in town he naturally becomes the No. 1 suspect at least in Tom’s mind.

The other person who masterminded the attack on the chemical factory was Jeremy (Sweeney) and as it turns out, it is indeed he, who after biding his time, is now going after all those he believe responsible for the state the world is in nowadays.

After finally managing to convince the cops that he’s not involved, Scott then decides to help them catch Jeremy and to put an end to all this needless destruction. Ah, how nice, a eco terrorist with a conscience….there’s just not enough of this these days is there?

THE EXTRAS

* Theatrical Trailer

CONCLUSION

This is one seriously bad film. No real plot to speak of, terrible acting, abysmal sepcial effects and a Baldwin. Do you need any other reason to avoid this film?

With thanks to AV Channel, Greenmail is available to rent now but then who’d want to buy it anyway?
