Well this cartoon has been around for a long time - it was one of my favourites when I was younger and I love being able to pass it on to my kids on DVD. There are ten episodes on this DVD (AND THEY ARE ALL FABULOUS!) Probably the best thing about Batfink is it is quick - each episode only lasts approx 5 minutes, so this is a fast paced quick moving and straight to the point cartoon. Perfect for the kids with short attention spans - young and old alike.

Batfink is a super bat. He and his side kick ‘Karate’, encounter the world of villains and baddies and are not afraid to take on even the most evil scoundrel. With no shortage of action, excitement and adventure this is a perfect DVD to get you hooked if you are new to the world of ?Batfink?.

My kids aged 4 to 9 loved this DVD and it has been played mercilessly since it was introduced into the home last week. The animation is simple (don?t look for sophistication of computer generated animation here), but the colour and characters are really fun and Batfink is sufficient with out all the high tech stuff. Still, putting this on DVD was a stroke of genius; there is no risk of it wearing out like the tired old video copy and the sound and picture quality is great.

This is a perfect DVD for your kids if they are looking for something different, the cartoon is cleverly diverse and its simplicity is something that appeals to nearly everyone. Better add this one to your collection too! But be warned ? it will get a lot of air time on the family TV if your kids are in charge of viewing choices!
