When the brutalised bodies that were victims of a serial killer, arrive one by one at the morgue strange things start happening. Martin is convinced that the killer is watching him and making these things happen. Bodies start disappearing and suspicious clues are found. One night on duty, Martin meets a police detective played by Nick Nolte; he takes Martin under his wing. The detective is investigating the murders of these women and gives Martin specific details from the case not released to the general public.

With this information and other strange events at the morgue, it is not too long before the police turn their attention to Martin and he has become their number one suspect.

Clues are leading Martin on a twisting trail and one dead end after another lead Martin to believe he is in grave danger and is not sure who he can trust anymore. Martin finds himself caught in the crossfire of a battle with the police and the killer. He must try to uncover the truth before he either winds up in jail accused of murder or becomes the next victim.

The plot of this DVD is fabulous - the story winds it?s way to one suspect after another and viewers are left wondering just who the killer is. The setting is great ? the morgue has an eerie atmosphere that will leave you asking if ghosts really exist. Brilliant performances by Ewan McGregor and Nick Nolte compliment the other members of the cast as they portray the script in a credible presentation of this murder mystery. The surround sound on your DVD will enhance the atmosphere so make sure you benefit from the full effect of the special sound features on this DVD. The picture clarity is superb and the quality of this production is well worth the cost to own this feature film.

CONCLUSION

Martin (played by Ewan McGregor) is a starving uni student and struggling to make ends meet. A job comes up at the morgue as the night watchman and it seems to Martin this is the perfect answer - he will be able to study at night in the peace and quiet whilst being paid to be at work. Martin has a very strange friend who is always looking for a new thrill he confesses to Martin that he has to try more daring pranks each time in order to not feel numb.
