Two Moon Junction

The movie is set in the South of the USA and opens with the graduation ball for April, a rich southern woman, who has the world and her handsome fianc? Chad at her feet. With the ball and her house reminiscent of a Gone With The Wind type setting we quickly find out that April and Chad will be married within two weeks and that preparations for the wedding are well advanced. Their fairytale existence is something that her friends envy but April isn?t necessarily happy with all the goings on.

A carnival arrives in town and April takes her two younger sisters along where they bump into the long-haired, bare-chested, good-looking Perry who helps operate the rides. Perry has a way with woman and likes the look of April but she attempts not to notice. When Perry turns up at her house they seduction goes to plan and Perry and April begin a fairly hot romance. The big question is whether Perry has any long-term intentions of holding on to April or whether he will bed her and move on, as he has obviously done to many women in many other towns.

Their love affair is a steamy one and tumultuous as April discovers her rather large sexual appetite, one Perry is happy to help satisfy. They continue to meet at a variety of times and a variety of places as their actual love between them grows. But as the wedding approaches April?s Grandmother Belle becomes aware that something might be amiss and asks the local Sheriff to try to scare Perry away. After a fight scene where Perry?s dog is killed, Perry is run out of town by the Sheriff, only to reappear at April?s house as one of the men erecting the marquee. Perry asks April to meet him at Two Moon Junction, a derelict dance hall where April used to go as a kid to watch Belle and the other adults dance the night away. While Chad is having his raunchy buck?s night April and Perry make love one more time and Perry asks April to go away with him.

On the wedding day April almost doesn?t go through with it and it takes some stern words from Belle to get her to the altar. At the Two Moon Junction location Perry decides April won?t be coming and prepares to leave. Unknown to him the Sheriff?s Deputy prepares to take a shot at Perry and he appears to hit home. But Perry lives, knocks out the Deputy and leaves. The film closes with Perry arriving home one day to feed his dog only to find April waiting for him in the shower. The love match is complete.

This is quite an erotic movie and I am sure that the boys, as I did, will find Sherilyn very pleasing to the eye, clothed or unclothed. The girls will enjoy Richard Tyson, as he spends plenty of time showing off his well-tanned and muscled body. They endure a love/hate relationship as April tries to work out what she really wants and Perry comes to the realisation that he really does love this woman. I found it entertaining and plausible and I was actually happy they ended up together. It will never win best film but there are plenty much worse than this out there ? give it a try!

THE EXTRAS

The theatrical trailer is the only offering.

CONCLUSION

Perry works for the Carnival and April is a rich southern belle. We get to see the seduction, the love/hate relationship and the blossoming of the love between two people from very different walks of life. Two good looking people doing what comes naturally ? now what could be better than that?
